  Your instructors are wellness professionals dedicated to helping individu
 als achieve their wellness goals. Each workshop contains 55 minutes of Yog
 a\, multiple breaks\, an artistic activity and time for reflection.\n\nSpr
 ing Series - The snow and ice of winter is melting\, and the weather is wa
 rming. The ground still feels heavy and moist\, but spring is near. Plants
  are growing and our bodies naturally long for a fresh\, clean start to li
 fe. It is time to emerge from the winter's slumber and lighten up to exper
