 rming Arts Center Inspired by the events of September 11\, 2001\, the “P
 entagon Quilts” collection is as diverse as the people who created them.
  These quilts sprang spontaneously from freedom-loving people in small tow
 ns and big cities across the country and the world. They will remain symbo
 ls of comfort and encouragement to the Pentagon community and to the natio
