 , FREE (we will be collecting donations for VEToga\; suggested $10-20 per 
 person). Please pre-register on our website!\n\nYoga assists in welcoming 
 home war veterans and provides them tools to manage mental\, emotional and
  physical challenges related to combat. We have seen first-hand the healin
 g effects of yoga for many current and former troops. In collaboration wit
 h the non-profit\, VEToga\, students will gain an understanding of which y
 oga postures\, breathing methods and meditation practices are effective du
 ring and after deployment.\n\nOpen to all active duty military personnel a
 nd veterans (including Reservists and National Guard members) and their fa
