 t. We have seen first-hand the healing effects of yoga for many current an
 d former troops. In collaboration with the non-profit\, VEToga\, students 
 will gain an understanding of which yoga postures\, breathing methods and 
 meditation practices are effective during and after deployment.\n\nOpen to
  all active duty military personnel and veterans (including Reservists and
  National Guard members) and their family members.
