Healthcare / Health & Wellness Partner Membership
Partner Members serve a vital role within the Nova Veterans Association, THEY:
- Allow us to understand their mission/initiatives and patient/clients so we can best provide the collaborative resources to support their Veterans/Military/Families
- Direct their local Veteran/Military/Family to us so we can quickly work to meet their comprehensive needs through our network of services and resources
- Collaborate and provide insight in order to understand our community needs, gaps in needs and how to best support them.
Three Levels of Partner Membership
- Listing on website with link under 1 aligned resource category
- Access to membership registry
- Ensure your services/resources are included in resource coordination programs
- Access to members only webpage
- Invitation to member only events
- NOVA Veterans member appreciation incentives, varies by level
- Listing on website with link under 2 aligned resource categories
- Access to membership registry
- Ensure your services/resources are included in resource coordination program
- Access to members only web page
- Invitation to member only events

- Listing on certain marketing/media and outreach materials
- Use of volunteer pool registry
- Listing on website & link under 3 aligned Resource categories and one other non-resource area of website
- Access to membership registry
- Ensure your services/resources are included in resource coordination program

Healthcare / Health & Wellness Partner Application
In the application box below please provide all the following details:
- If you provide a Veteran/Military community service please indicate above all that apply and designate the TOP THREE SERVICES and populations/conditions you support for immediate coordination: Primary Care, Specialty Care, Counseling, Other.
- List all inclusion or exclusion support criteria such as: active duty only, Post-911, family/caregivers only, etc.
- List Payment methods (e.g., Pro Bono, Tricare only, VA referred, cash, etc.)
All Partner members must meet applicable criteria for membership:
- All partner members that provide a service must meet quality assurance criteria to ensure they are responsible and perform the services they advertise. This process ensures your organization is linked with committed and like- minded partners. The quality assurance process utilizes the following:
- Positive Guidestar or equivalent, and Better Business Bureau ratings (if applicable)
- Recognition by the Veterans Administration (if applicable)
- Community recognition -letters or awards
- Outcomes statement describing Veteran/Military/Family past achievements, current objectives and future intent
- All partner members will establish, professional relationships with Northern Virginia Veterans Association to ensure known points of contacts and warm handoffs for those utilizing their services. Agree to share your contact information only with Nova Veteran membership.
- Agree and sign memorandum of understanding (MOU) to facilitate mutual partner collaboration and function. MOU and partnership may be dissolved upon written request by either partner at any time. Sorry no refunds.
